CourtCall has all of the common features you have become familiar with on other platforms and several unique features to aid in your daily practice. We are offering an introductory package to certain existing CourtCall customers at a monthly rate of $15.00. CourtCall's features should allow you to recoup your cost on your first use.

You will be able to log into your room (with or without participants) at any time. By doing so, you can take advantage of the transcription feature, recording and other available features. You can also upload documents and files in advance of others joining a meeting session.

Your customized room/account will provide:

• Full browser-based access. NO downloads required of you or your guests.
• Your firm name or your own name.
• One link for you – no log-ins or passwords required. 
• A shared link for your participants.  (Single user links can also be provided). 
• The ability to have a customized message in your waiting room.

COLLABORATION OPTIMIZED FOR ATTORNEYS

Your room will provide:

• Unlimited monthly access for up to 25 simultaneous participants. All participants are encouraged to use a connected device. Participants who utilize the phone are charged at normal telephone provider rates. 
• 10 completed DocuSign esignatures, per month.
• 60 minutes of streaming (up to 100 viewers) per month.
• 6 hours of recording, per month.

If you find necessary to do so, at additional charge we can upgrade your room for increased capacity, if you would like to add toll-free participation or if you require other customization.

Additional information:

• Uploaded or shared documents or files or those modified with the collaboration tool are removed when a room session is ended by the host. All are purged from AWS facilities at the end of the day and are not retained by CourtCall.
• Recordings are stored in AWS facilities for later access by the host.

Contact us for enterprise pricing for more than 10 subscribers. On acceptance, we will charge your credit card or debit account in advance for your monthly access or, for ease of accounting, we can charge on a semi-annual or annual basis. You may terminate service at any time and there will be no charge (or a refund will be provided) for subsequent paid but unused months. This subscription does not provide for access to court appearances, arbitrations/mediations, public/government sessions and/or deposition services.
